U.S. v. D'Armond
65 F.Supp.2d 1189
D.Kan.,1999.
Defendants, charged with drug offenses related to
manufacture of methamphetamine brought pretrial motions. The District Court,
Crow, Senior District Judge, held that: (1) suit would not be dismissed for
lack of jurisdiction; (2) motions for disclosure of identity of confidential
informant would not be granted; and (3) statute prohibiting giving of value in
return for promise to testify did not apply to United States attorneys.
Motions denied.
