William K. Rork has lengthy appellate experience; both as an original and secondary counsel, with many published decisions of state-wide and national significance in times where most appellate opinions are designated as "unpublished".

The Rork Law Office was involved in a Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals decision reversing the U.S. District Court's imposition of a life sentence in a three strikes conviction.

William Rork was additionally involved in a Federal District Court decision, affirmed by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, reversing an attorney's drug convictions on several ounces of cocaine. That decision had previously been upheld in all State Appellate Courts.
